Return Policy
Matador Custom Cues offers a full 100% refund for all unchalked
cue returns.
Returns with chalked shafts are accepted, but there is a $80
restocking fee for each chalked shaft.
Return shipping to Matador Custom Cues is at the expense of the customer. Matador
Cues may decide to refund shipping cost under certain circumstances.
This warranty extends for a period of thirty days, however, Matador Custom Cues may
choose to extend this period on a case by case basis.
For custom cue orders, a deposit is required at the time the drawing design and
specifications are approved by the customer and the design is commissioned. The deposit
is a percentage of the quoted cue total. The balance is due once digital photos &
specifications of the completed cue are provided to the customer for final approval. The
cue is shipped upon receipt of the total less the deposit.
If a customer does not proceed with payment of the balance due on a custom order or the
customer does not respond to contact attempts from Matador Custom Cues, the deposit is
forfeited.
